The location was very convenient, being an approx. 20 minute walk from the railway station and close to a water ferry stop. We met the host at the property on arrival who was extremely accommodating and helpful, spending time with us to explain about the apartment and also to provide tips for things to do around Venice. The apartment exceeded our expectations, it is very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for two adults and one teenager, the two bathrooms was a bonus. There is also a washing machine with a drying rack so we are able to do a couple of loads of washing in the two days we were there. Everything we needed was in the apartment and the host Fabiano was contactable via message to help with any questions. This was our first trip to Venice and we would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a special apartment in Venice at a very affordable price.
We can't fault the apartment although it is worth mentioning that being a second floor apartment there are about 50 stairs to ascend to get into it.

Beautiful apartment in San Polo area, conveniently located 10 min walk from train station. Quieter part of Venice but easy to get to all attractions. Host greeted us on arrival and gave recommendations for dinner(Osteria Codega-stunning). Apartment very spacious with very comfortable beds, 2 lovely bathrooms and great facilities. Beautiful view of canal. Stairs were a challenge with heavy bags, but we expected this. Lovely cafe bar nearby.
Skylight above second bed did not have a blind. Not a huge issue in winter, but may be in lighter months.

Perfect location, quiet street, beautiful view on the canal. The apartment is well equipped, everything is clean and the communication was very easy!

Colazione non fatta, posizione tranquilla e a dieci minuti da S. Lucia
Ho avuto difficoltà a raggiungere Venezia causa sciopero e non ho utilizzato la stanza per la prima notte, avvertendo i proprietari il giorno prima Mi sarei aspettato un piccolo sconto, invece .non gli è venuto in mente'... peccato!
