Good location, spacious, very cool aesthetic - wood floors, open beams, brocade fabric. Quiet and restful, close to shops, restaurants, valporetto, landmarks.
Suggest a brief video to model location and how to get in. Host who gave us keys had to come show us how find it and get in the first time. She was very kind.

Air conditioning didn’t work and it’s a top unit so no insulation which made it uncomfortable at night.

The location was amazing so close to the ferry services and other facilities. Very rustic and quiet.
If you have a lot of luggage and cannot manage stairs well this apartment will be a challenge. From street level there are a lot of stairs to get up to the apartment. The bathroom for the one apartment was very cramped due to the raked ceiling which my wife hit her head on numerous times. Having a timber beam above head in the shower was problematic. No facility to hang washed clothes like a small clothes stand would be very beneficial.
