Beautiful apartments in a perfect central location.

The Apartment we stayed in wad spacious and lovely. It had plenty of room for my family. It was centrally located in the city. It was clean and very comfortable.

I felt like the beds could have been more comfortable. I also prefer more towels.

Loved this roomy apartment.

This property is very well located because it was just around the corner from the Rialto Bridge and the Rialto Bridge taxi stand. The apartment itself was roomy and well set up for guests. Lovely.

I was not comfortable with the in floor cooling system. I wondered why they were towels in front of the bed and extra mats in the bathroom. With this type of cooling it creates a lot of condensation, especially when the humidity is high anyway. the mats keep you from slipping or feeling too slippery on the tile floors.

Beautiful place and so close to the water and shopping!

The property was so nice and so easy to reach when I needed questions answered.

I liked how easy it was to check in and the location was great. It was really clean and I would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Venice.

Very spacious apartment close to main attractions - would be great for bigger groups

It's an incredibly spacious apartment very close to the Rialto bridge and overlooking a square with concert hall, church and many shops. Noise from outside was minimal. Beds were very comfy. We took advantage of the "welcome drink" at Nani Mocenigo Palace which is worth taking the 15 minute walk from the apartment for, to enjoy the beautiful courtyard and friendly staff.

The apartments lack some home touches - the walls are bare and furnishings minimal. The entrance hall is dark and we walked in to a pile of trash on our first entrance in. Housekeeping come in to empty bins only - no fresh towels or replenishment of coffee pods, no milk or water provided, and sachets of food etc looked like they had sat there for months. TV for non-Italian channels didn't work (it didn't affect us, but it could other groups so thought to mention). If I could book again I would just book a hotel.

Serene hideaway in the city centre

Third year running staying here: impeccable and feels family-like as always; spacious enough for parents, and my couple. Liaised with Reception in advance who were very helpful and ensured the stay with my parents was smooth.

Nothing! Though they had removed some kitchenware that would have been helpful for longer stays, ie proper mugs; spatula.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful airconditioned apartment!

The place was beautifully laid out, included everything we needed for the 4 days in Venice! The staff were so attentive with a little issue we experienced, they helped us within minutes of contacting them! Very spacious for our family of 5!

The only issue was the shutters in the 2nd bedroom didn’t close so therefore the kids woke up at sunlight each day!

Location, location! Close to Rialto Bridge and very easy to take waterbus to/from the airport. Easy walk to St Marco square or other interesting spots.

Internet signal was very weak. Shower door cannot be shut close. When we wrote to the apartment staff, they responded right away. However, the maintenance guy did not fix the problems but accidentally left without closing the door completely. The unit door lock was kind of loose and needs to adjust to operate properly. We were lucky that nothing was lost but that posted a security concern. I complained to the apartment staff and they apologized for the incident. Just be aware and check to make sure the door can be secured closed.

Perfectly Situated and Tons of Room

We arrived to Venice before check-in and were able to utilize their sister property to store our luggage. Their team was extremely helpful and even double checked to see if we could check in early. There was so much added benefit to having that sister property and real people to chat with. Their team was also extremely prepared and gave me a wealth of instructions before arriving in Venice which made exploring the city super easy. Once we were able to check in, it was easy to follow the host's directions to get into the unit. Our unit was HUGE, super clean, lovely bathrooms. Also it was extremely quiet which is lovely!

The only complaint I could have is that I personally did not love the beds but that is so much personal preference and it wasn't so bad I didn't sleep.

Convenient location

AC was off and it was so hot inside. If you open the windows it is too noisy. Had a difficult time sleeping the first night. The beds are not comfortable. The check in process is annoying. They won’t give you the code to open the door unless you pay the tourist tax but then you have to chase them to give you the code once you pay it. They take forever to respond. Other places just ask you to leave the tourist tax on the table or collect it in person.

It was Luxury retreat

Needed to store our luggage and the free hotel where I could leave it was over a 1 km away. So I had to use the storage locker that cost 60 euros for three lockers. No TV in the bedroom. Entrance was in a narrow dark alley.

It is a beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 floors apartment in venice style (wonderful terazzo floor, Murano chandelier, furniturte fabrics and curtains in the same venice patterns ...) with a big kitchen to cook an eat together (6 adults). Furthermore there are 2 bedrooms an a medium size terrace. The 2 young women from the housekeeping service have been very helpful, have been available all day long and fixed a problem with the warm water in just no time. Chapeau! Location is 100m from the Rialto Vaporetto station. So it was very easy for use to go from Tronchetto car park via Vaporetto to Rialto station. Rialto bridge is 2 corners around and San Marco is a 10 minute walk.

Nice apartments near Ponte Rialto

Location was excellent, close to Ponte Rialto. Apartments were spacious with lot of natural light. Kitchen amenities were good.

Since the rooms are not cleaned during the stay, would have liked to have better cleaning supplies like a broom with a long handle or a vacuum cleaner.
