The location was exceptional! minutes walk to St Marco piazza. Kitchen was functional and clean. It was very nice to have cold bottled water and milk in the frig. The whole room was air conditioned nicely in the hot summer. The washer machine was a plus.
The coffee machine was not working, and was not replaced when told. The laundry detergent contains bleach, ruined my clothes after washing. So please provide non bleach detergent just in case we don't understand Italian. And the stairs were steep and high, should be included in the booking information. If the key can be picked up in the restaurant he own downstairs would be perfect!

Fantastic location and lovely host very helpful and his pizzeria restaurant was very good and great to have 20% discount too!
I loved the breakfast items which were very thoughtful and coffee machine a definite bonus as well as good air con and comfy beds.
The stairs but I knew about these in advance.

Apartment was situated just off Piazza San Marco so central to explore Venice. Clean and spacious, comfortable bed and all the facilities you'd expect in a self catering apartment, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven & hob plus an iron & ironing board which we found very useful. Like a lot of historical buildings in Venice there is steep stairs so not really suitable for people with mobility issues

Super nice apartment 3 min from San Marco square. We arrived late at night it was no problem, Umberto helped us a lot with his advices. Also we dine at his restaurant, a nice cozy restaurant with very good food and special meals of Italian style. All family enjoyed a lot the stay and exploring Venezia and Murano.
It was well positioned at Piazza San Marco, accessible by Vaporetto 5 min walk , well designed large and comfort. Very good coffee by the way! Very helpful owner!
