After some miscommunication, the owner was very kind to allow us to put our luggage earlier (the apartment was not cleaned yet and it was before our check in time). We were able to walk around without our luggage. Grazie mille! The 2nd bed is a sofa bed in the living room. It is still comfortable. There was tea, coffee, biscuits and cookies placed at the dining table for our consumption. Downstairs are souvenir shops and eateries. Very close to UNESCO Heritage places like the Saint Mark's Basilica, Piazza San Marco.

We are not affected but others may want to take note. As downstairs are shops and tourists walking about, the noise may be quite loud. The shops are closed by 8+pm and lesser people by then. Both the outer and inner windows can be closed, this further reduces the noise coming into the apartment.

We stayed in this apartment in Venice for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything, just a few steps from Piazza San Marco and surrounded by amazing restaurants. We made the most of our stay and loved being so close to everything. Communication with Martina was excellent. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available to assist us whenever we needed anything. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, with a washing machine, dryer, and all the kitchen utensils and amenities we needed. We slept very well, and everything worked perfectly. We were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the apartment was for our family, especially given its location right in the middle of Venice. The only minor downside was that the smaller sofa bed, intended for one person, was a little uncomfortable. Since our 10-year-old child slept there, it was manageable for him, but it might be less comfortable for an adult. The main bed and the larger sofa bed, however, were both very comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return to this apartment!

Amazing location and great place for a good price. We would come back

A little noisy at night but that’s to be expected for the location and no issue for us
