Owner was EXTREMELY gracious and accommodating. She was in close contact with instructions and making arrangements to meet upon our arrival. The suite was nice and had lots of the character you hope for in a city like Venice. Very convenient location. Functional kitchen was nice as well.
The hot water was a bit challenging to figure out. Thought I was in for a cold shower for a few minutes. Most likely just operator error❗️

Although the building is old, the facilities are modern and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for our family of four. The washing machine and iron were especially helpful in managing our laundry during our stay. There was also a generous supply of coffee and tea provided. The cleanliness was exceptional, making our stay very comfortable.
The stairs to get into the apartment can be inconvenient when carrying large luggage, but that’s part of the Venice experience. You’ll encounter plenty of stairs and bridges throughout the city while getting from place to place.
