Located in a building with a lift, it offers bright spaces with living room and kitchen in a single airy space. It has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite, guaranteeing comfort and privacy in the authentic heart of Venice. Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax payment will be required, which amounts to €5 per person per night, and a rental contract will be completed and signed where the details of a credit card in the guests' name will also be included as a guarantee for damages.
The published price includes the commissions which are the responsibility of the guest.

Lovely modernized apartment. The only suggestions I have is to provide some more towels and instructions for the European washer/dryer combo.

It is a roomy, beautiful apartment right on the grand canal. It is in the perfect location to do anything in Venice. If Venice wasn’t so exciting, we could have spent 2 days just watching the canal from the balconies.

Great location near Rialto Bridge on the canal. Within short walking distance to everything. Clean, modern newly renovated apartment. Enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Property is located on the Grand Canal. Has panoramic view of Rialto bridge and canal. Perfect location bustling with activity. Located close to transportation, historic sites, and fantastic restaurants. After staying in apartments in Firenze and Roma, this apartment stands head and shoulders above all others. Would definitely stay again.
