The location, stay and facilties were incredible. Check-in and check-out was smooth and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back here on our next stop to Venice in the future.

The apartment was beautiful, located in a little square next to a church with 2 restaurants in the square plus a wine bar nearby. Very close to vaporetto stop S. Silvestro on Line 1. 15 mins walk to St Mark's Square and just 5 min to Rialto bridge.
We picked the wrong Vaporetto queue on arrival at Venezia St Lucia train station which led to lengthy delays. Once in the stop there was no way to exit. Not a fault of the apartment itself but more detailed instructions for arrival would have helped.

Spacious apartment
I didn’t like the fact that they only give 2 1/2 rolls of toilet paper and we need to buy our own detergent for the washer machine.
