Skvělá lokalita kousek od hlavních turistických atrakcí Benátek, přitom na klidném místě. Dobře vybavená kuchyňka a prostorné a pohodlné ložnice. Milým překvapením byly kapsle do kávovaru na přivítanou,

It was okay but very bare minimum. One towel each. Not one coffee pod to start with, or paper towel, laundry detergent (or instructions), hot water was not working. All the bathrooms had broken pull chains for toilet and toilet paper holders. Just very bare and broken things...while everything else looked rather new. The hosts constantly bothered me two weeks before arrival for my passports; then they seemed irritated when I needed something. The hosts were very helpful regarding my lost luggage.
Not even a simple starter pack for coffee, tea, paper towel, or laundry stuff. Dirty kitchen equipment.

Lo mejor del apartamento es la ubicación, ya que al estar cerca del puente de Rialto lo tienes todo a un paso, pero al mismo tiempo se trata de una calle tranquila con poco tránsito.
Las ventanas son de madera, no de PVC, por lo que el aislamiento acústico a la calle deja mucho que desear. Necesitaría cambiar las ventanas por unas más modernas.

Nice having 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. There is another full bathroom downstairs that was a bonus for everyone in the family to get ready at the same time. Small fridge for your drinks & snacks. Small washer was a nice convenience but to there is no dryer.
Beware that you will need to carry luggage up to 2nd & 3rd floor bedrooms! It was a bit difficult to find at first. Take water taxi to San Silvestro dock.
