The floor of the apartment could have been cleaner

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was clean, well-equipped with all the essentials, and conveniently located.

Since it’s in an old building, we had to climb two flights of narrow stairs, which wasn’t very convenient with a baby. At night, there was noise from outside until around 2–3 AM, which could be disruptive. Additionally, the coffee machine wasn’t working, which was a small inconvenience for us.

The apartment is located within 20 minutes' walk of the main sites, yet in a relatively quiet location. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within minutes of the apartments. Both the host Laura and property manager, Elisabeth, were helpful and provided good communication. The double and twin bedrooms were comfortable and clean and the main sitting area was comfortable for relaxing after a day of site seeing. There is a small balcony, but the weather at the time, meant we never used this.

The bathroom and shower cubicle are very small and could do with a refresh but was still adequate for a short stay. The main air conditioning did not work, though a portable unit was provided, which means hanging the vent out an open window, so not ideal. Thankfully not needed due to the weather but needs fixed for the next year. Note, there are two flights of stairs to the apartment and an additional internal flight from the front door to the first floor of the apartment and also a flight of stairs to the sitting area in the attic. We had no issues with this, but probably best to avoid with young children or elderly.

Perfect location 3 min from Realto, 2 min from vaporetto, 1 min from the supermarket. Very nice rooms, our 12 y.o. daughter said the furniture was like in a palace)) Flat is equipped with all needed electronic devices plus lots of plates, glasses, pans, casseroles. Lots of towels and extra pillows. We appreciated such details like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar which were also available. The customer service is at a high level! Very nice signora welcomed us and she was very cooperative and generous when we made a huge mistake with the keys. Thank you so much!
