The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and everything worked very well. The owner was responsive and helpful with everything. There is a grocery shop very close by.

Personally I found the location too busy -- but this is purely my difficulty with not understanding where the busiest areas in Venice are. However, the flat itself was amazingly quiet! It would have been nice to have been provided with some way to make coffee.

Cet appartement est charmant et il est très bien situé dans Venise pour tout visiter à pied. Le quartier est calme et il n'y a aucun bruit pendant la nuit.

The location was great. You are very central to popular areas in Venice. It was also fairly quiet/the windows weren’t too bad when it came to sound pollution at night.

Overall, I am a very clean person so I might have higher standards than most - but I just did not feel like the place was super clean. The back of the bed was extremely dusty- not just light dust but built up from a long time. (Inbetween the bed frame and bed) and really just made me feel uneasy. There were also unknown fees we did not expect. Along with the tourist tax in Venice, we would have had to pay to use the air conditioning which I did not see listed anywhere unless I missed it. Thankfully we had cool weather and opted out of using the AC. Overall, it was a decent stay, however the place was definitely not the cleanest, and attention to detail when cleaning could be greatly improved.
