Owner was extremely responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We met to get the keys and he personally walked us over to our unit and provided maps and suggestions of places to see in the city. It was abundantly clear he cares for his property and his guests. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Exceptional apartment. Very comfortable and clean. Host was very attentive. The apartment was a “three bedroom” with actual doors. Bedding was comfortable and plenty. Great shower - and consistent temp.

清潔でスタッフの対応も丁寧で、困ったこと(鍵の開け方が分からない。)があれば、2、3分待てば来てくれて、すぐに対応してくれた。 対応が素晴らしいと思う。 近くのおすすめのレストランでの食事も非常に美味しくて大満足だった。 内装は綺麗で掃除が行き届いている。 ロケーションも良く値段の割にはいろんな場所へのアクセスがしやすい。 ホテルに近い劇場のオペラホールは豪華で綺麗で見学可能。 朝のサンマルコ広場までの散歩が非常に気持ち良かった。一生忘れない景色。 Struttura molto pulita e personale estremamente cortese. Quando abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema (non riuscivamo ad aprire la porta), il personale è arrivato in 2-3 minuti e ha risolto tutto immediatamente. Un'assistenza davvero eccellente. Abbiamo cenato in un ristorante nelle vicinanze consigliato da loro: era tutto delizioso e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Gli interni sono curati e la pulizia è impeccabile. Anche la posizione è ottima: considerando il prezzo, l'accesso a vari luoghi di interesse è comodissimo. Il teatro dell'opera vicino all'hotel è lussuoso, bellissimo e aperto alle visite. La passeggiata mattutina fino a Piazza San Marco è stata estremamente piacevole. Un panorama che non dimenticherò mai per tutta la vita.
