Modern, well maintained, great location yet still quiet. Just behind the La Fenice theater. Vaporetto #1 is close, too. The host was responsive and amazing. We arrived after 10pm, and he stocked the fridge with what we asked for. If you fly in, splurge on a water taxi from the airport.

Amazing location right on a canal. Could see the gondolas going by all day. Property was spacious and clean. Super central location.

Owner was extremely responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We met to get the keys and he personally walked us over to our unit and provided maps and suggestions of places to see in the city. It was abundantly clear he cares for his property and his guests. We would stay here again and recommend to others.
