Espace, localisation, confort, réactivité des propriétaires pour régler les quelques petits soucis
L’appartement est magnifique mais il manques les petits détails pour qu’il soit parfait (finitions pas au top)

広い。装飾が素敵。シャンデリアは、ベネチアガラス？
息子と優雅に過ごせました。
台所用品も調味料、キッチンペーパー、料理をするには困らない準備がされていました。
チェックインには、私たちが道に迷い約束の時間にいけませんでしたが、直ぐに別のスタッフさんを手配してくださり無事チェックインできました。
アパートの場所は、観光客が行き交う路地裏になります。
夜はうるさくなるかもと思いましたが、静かでした。
サンマルコ広場は、徒歩圏。
スーパーマーケット、徒歩5分。
すばしい滞在ありがとうございました。
アパートを探すのに、少し苦労しましたが、それも大きな問題ではありませんでした。
アパート紹介写真のように上から水路がきれいに見える訳ではありません。（窓の高さがあるため）
だけど、水路は見えます。

La ubicación es excelente, a 5min de la fenice, 10min de Rialto y 15min de san marco. Hay buenos restaurantes cerca y un café para desayunar a la vuelta de la esquina.
El alojamiento muy bien decorado, limpio y cómodo, con menaje en la cocina, cafetera, tostador, aceite, detergente, gel en la ducha,…
El anfitrión muy atento, me dio buenas indicaciones antes del viaje y respondió enseguida durante la estancia cuando contacté con él por un problema con la ducha.
La presión del agua en la ducha no es muy buena, pero aceptable.
El portal huele a humedad, pero no se percibe nada en el alojamiento.
La reserva era necesario prepagarla
La coordinación para la entrega de llaves se demoró hasta 24h antes. Una vez en contacto con la persona que iba a entregarlas, todo fue ágil y sencillo.

Il manque en revanche un Welcome home : frigo vide et pas une capsule de café …
