Entrance to property flooded sewage… but its more a Venice issue

The property is beautiful, is in a fabulous location, and has a great view of the canals and passing gondolas. There was easy access via water taxi and water bus. The staff were wonderful and helpful.

Location was great
A/Cs were not working properly and host was aware and did not fixed for our arrival. One of the beds was a sofa bed with a poor mattress. Fridge on two units has a chunk of ice which means poor maintenance. For the high price we paid it was not acceptable.
