Location is fabulous. The apartment was huge and well equipped in terms of living. The kitchen was compact but excellent. The little canal overlooked was beautiful. Bathrooms were excellent. Fantastic backlit embroidery on the living room wall.

The stairs in the apartment were steep and rope loose handrails wasn’t very supportive. None of us felt very secure ever coming downstairs-and with the living space upstairs but bathrooms and door downstairs this was required a bit. We were early risers which was lucky as the noise from unloading supplies onto the dock opposite the bedroom windows from powerboats started at 5am and kept up. Every day except Christmas. We were there in winter and while the bedrooms were toasty the living area was quite a bit cooler. Found an extra heater and an old blanket downstairs but a couch rug/better heating upstairs would have been better. Because we were there over Christmas to NY there was rarely anyone at the concierge desk.

Easy to contact views of Venice and all were helpful Concierge and reps were all very good

Un lave-vaisselle en panne Un accueil pas très clair à la base, bien que l'heure d'arrivée est été mentionnée Le seul nom de l'appartement n'a pas permis de le trouver facilement, il manque l'adresse. Des travaux façade non mentionnés, et une cour intérieure un peu "désordre" pour un appartement à ce prix.

Fantastic location and aspect over a canal . All rooms have large shuttered windows , fully opening to balconies , perfect for water traffic watching with a coffee or glass of sparkling . Facilities are ideal . Staff we met were friendly , helpful with restaurant recommendations and handy local hints . We have stayed previously , and returned as so perfect for exploring Venice and returning to luxury . Couple of practical bits such as broken lightbulbs in a couple of lights , safe not working in one room and dishwasher awaiting repair ( but they did offer to send someone to do the dishes whilst it was out of commission … what a treat ) all of which did not impact out stay atall . Would definitely highly recommend . Icing on the cake being … they organised a water taxi from the airport direct to our little jetty , stepping directly into the residential block . Very decadent !
