Very comfortable, spacious for Venice, well located but very quiet inside. Quirky decor, good facilities. We appreciated being met by the representative at both arrival and departure, and they were on call to help when needed.
Plumbing - low water pressure and sometimes the tides outside can bring in unfortunate smells. (Expected in such a building and common to Venice, not unique to this property.)

El apartamento está situado en una zona céntrica, pero silenciosa y tranquila. El tamaño es muy bueno, con habitaciones grandes y cómodas, dos baños y una cocina muy completa. En general, todo estaba bastante bien.
Como punto a mejorar, la ducha. Solo era tipo lluvia, de las que salen desde arriba, y no tenía teléfono de ducha. Esto resultaba bastante incómodo, sobre todo para lavarse o aclararse el pelo, e incluso si no querías mojarlo, ya que el agua cae únicamente desde el techo.

The location was beautiful. A huge space for a family of four. The space is updated and very clean. The hosts went out of their way to meet us at 1AM due to Lufthansa issues. They were kind enough to handle ALL water taxi bookings to get us to and from the airport. You CAN NOT go wrong staying here.
Not a thing! This stay was perfect and amazing!
