Great place to stay in Venice. Big 3 bedroom place in a quieter part of town. Yet only 15-20 mins walk to most things. Owner (Hugues) is super helpful. Property is located on the 3 floor and it does have a lift to get luggage up. Very rare thing in Venice. There is a little grocery shop 3 mins walk away making it easy to get some, local fresh cheese, meats, wine and beer and sit and enjoy this wonderful apartment and the views it has.

Great location. Kitchen fully stocked with plates and cooking utensils. Easy to walk everywhere. Host was very responsive and helpful. Can't beat the view of the grand canal!

Great location on the canal - close to restaurants and Venice sights. Host was helpful with check in, setting up water taxis for last day & other random items that came up diring our trip.

Excellent location. Charming, spacious apartment with views of the canal. Quiet, private location and an escape from the bustle of Venice, but in walking distance of everything.
