Very comfortable apartment in an excellent location, only a few minutes walk from San Marco's square and even closer to the stop for the water bus (including the line to/from the airport). The apartment has working aircon in both main rooms, storage space for clothes, and self-catering facilities including a combi-oven and microwave plus a dishwasher.
The apartment needed a little bit of extra maintenance to make it 10/10 e.g. limescale around the taps and the secondary showerhead had a split in the cable. Nothing major though.

All worked well just could not find a corkscrew so bought one and left it for the future

The property is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean and furnished to a very high standard. The heating is excellent and the apartment is extremely well equipped even for a longer stay. The host Marta is exceptionally kind
