Central, clean. Hosts were great. There was an issue with the AC and the host Federico came out more or less straight away to fix it
If you arrive after 8:30pm you have to pay 35€ and if you arrive after 11:30pm you may not get access to the apartment

Great location within a couple of minutes walk of the stop for the Alilaguna to the airport and the other water transports. The apartment itself was lovely, clean, well decorated and with everything we needed for a weekend stay. Wifi was good. Thank you for staying late to hand over the keys when our flight was delayed. It was helpful having 2 sets of keys
The second bathroom lacks privacy for showering in and could do with some gauze or similar on the window, especially at the moment since there are workmen in the house opposite. Not a problem for us since we shared the on-suite.

Pas de lave vaisselle alors qu'il était mentionné avant la réservation. DES TRAVAUX TRÈS BRUYANTS DÈS 7 HEURES DU MATIN ET CE SAUF LE DIMANCHE C'EST CONTRE LE MUR DE L'APPARTEMENT. Dommage que l'on ne puisse pas joindre de vidéo pour le son...
