The rooms are spacious. Each bedroom has a living room and bathroom. The kitchen is on the lower floor along with a dining and couch to watch TV. There is also another bathroom with a shower on the lower floor along with a washer dryer. Great AC. Great location. Marco the owner is tremendous. He went above and beyond to help us handle a personal issue!

The bedrooms are on a separate floor from the kitchen. No issue for us. May actually be nice if you some in your group want to stay up while others sleep.

Marco is an amazing property manager and communicator. Pre and during trip her was available and helpful whenever called upon. Truly, we can’t say enough praises for him. He even coordinated our private water taxi rides to / from train station and airport which was a huge help especially with a 3:30am departure on last day. The AC in this apartment is stellar especially for summer months. A lifesaver in brutal heat. The apartment is spacious and made every family member feel like we had perfect gathering spaces and private spaces which was a gift as Venice was our last stop on a 3 week trip. Also appreciated all the black out shades, curtains, and shutters. Bravo! Wow! Book this gem if it’s available.

Lots of stairs which were fine for us, but if you have difficulty navigating stairs this apartment is not for you. The stairs are also what affords so much living space between two floors.
