Marco is an amazing property manager and communicator. Pre and during trip her was available and helpful whenever called upon. Truly, we can’t say enough praises for him. He even coordinated our private water taxi rides to / from train station and airport which was a huge help especially with a 3:30am departure on last day. The AC in this apartment is stellar especially for summer months. A lifesaver in brutal heat. The apartment is spacious and made every family member feel like we had perfect gathering spaces and private spaces which was a gift as Venice was our last stop on a 3 week trip. Also appreciated all the black out shades, curtains, and shutters. Bravo! Wow! Book this gem if it’s available.
Lots of stairs which were fine for us, but if you have difficulty navigating stairs this apartment is not for you. The stairs are also what affords so much living space between two floors.

Amazing space. We were two couples and we each had our own suite of a living room, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked. The flat was immaculately clean. Would have been nice to have some toiletries eg showe gel but we managed!
