About this apartment rental
Wonderful apartment of 85 sqm located on the first floor, recently restored. Each room has a private marble bathroom, king size double bed and air conditioning. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator, a washing machine and a microwave. The large and comfortable air-conditioned room has a wonderful view of a characteristic canal adjacent to the Grand Canal of Venice where you can admire the romantic passage of the gondolas. WIFI is free.

A beautiful apartment with a fabulous view. Centrally located in a very safe & upscale neighborhood. Restaurant aromas, gondolas, singing, church bells & walkways leading to more breathtaking sites. I would stay in this home again

The location was perfect and the accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Centrally located to everything that we wanted to see, it gave us a nice retreat from this years July heat. Our hosts were very gracious as well. My wife and I would highly recommend this property to all and we would enjoy staying there again.

This was a beautiful spot right on a busy canal, walking distance (5 min) to San Marco, and great rooms with great washrooms. It was everything we needed for our 2 days. Would absolutely stay again. Gondola dock out the window, my wife was getting sung to without paying for a ride!

The location of this property right over the canal was amazing, it was so enjoyable watching and listening to the gondolas going by. Property was very clean and a wonderful space for the four of us who stayed there. Our host was so helpful and comminicative, they helped with water taxi arrangements to and from the property; met us upon arriving to lead us to, and get us all set up in the property. Overall a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this property!
