Lots of character in a fabulous location

Fabulous location overlooking a canal and an easy walk to Piazza San Marco. Apartment had lots of character, was comfortable, and had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. The little balcony was a nice spot to sit for breakfast or an afternoon drink.

Only minor things - the towels were very thin, and there was no shampoo/conditioner.

We absolutely loved our short stay in this beautiful, centrally located apartment. I travelled with my 17 year old son and 20 year old daughter and we felt like locals heading back to our apartment after a long day wandering the streets of Venice. The apartment was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was great and the heating was most appreciated on the cold nights. The balcony was a special treat and the weather was ideal for us to spend a little time enjoying that added extra each day, opening the balcony doors and letting the light and the sounds of Venice flow through the apartment. My teenage son would retreat to the balcony each night to call his friends with a holiday update! The owner of the apartment went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He recommended several places to eat, including Osteria Mocenigo and OKE Sestiere Dorsoduro (Zattere) They were definitely the food highlights of our stay in Venice! The pizza was the best we have ever eaten! ❤️ I can’t wait to return. Belinda.

FYI there are some stairs to the front door of the apartment. That did not bother us at all, but handy information for those who find stairs a challenge.

This apartment in Venice was lovely! Fantastic location and well appointed rooms, with authentic Venetian decor.

Small suggestion, but they could use some new pillows in the bedrooms that are slightly more comfortable.

A very relaxing space with a unique balcony. A nice way to experience a real apartment in Venice.

The table on the balcony was a highlight. It was very relaxing there and we enjoyed watching the boats. The decor was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet for sleeping. The bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen was well equipped.

I wish I had known before booking that I would have to take my trash to an off -site collection location or be charged. Only one out of three outlets in the kitchen worked.

It was central to all the main attractions. The apartment itself was full of traditional charm with ornate pictures and antique furniture. It had a beautiful balcony for coffee in the morning and a wine in the evening. It also had a modern shower and air conditioning.

Amazing apartment for family of 4! Dreamy balcony with a view of the grand canal

We absolutely loved the location!! And that balcony! My husband and I would sit out there and have a glass of local wine, and watch the boats go by on the grand canal. It was heaven!! So much space for our family of 4 I couldn’t believe how big the apartment was. We loved it so much!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of San Marco

Beautiful apartment in the heart of San Marco. Easily accessible by water taxi and short distance to all the popular attractions. Cozy, comfortable and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped plus a wash machine. The beds were comfortable and the main bathroom is spacious. Air conditioner works well and we loved enjoying coffee on the little terrace in the morning and evenings. Great communication with the owner and property manager. This place is very special to us and we will definitely be back!

Fabulous Apartment and Great Location a true Hidden. gem

Absolutely fabulous apartment had everything you could want. Loved sitting on the Balcony feeling the true Venice atmosphere. Apartment nect to the Music academy listening to a free Opera every afternoon. Comfortable beds with beautiful decore.

Only fault was getting suitcases up the 2 flights of stairs . Would recommend getting Water Taxi as trying to get large suitcases over 2 Bridges was hard.

The location of this accommodation is absolutely stunning! The highlight of the apartment is definitely the charming little balcony, which offers a breathtaking view of the canal—a perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery.

It would be great if more toilet paper and dishwasher tablets were provided to make the stay even more comfortable

Truly magical place

We were so lucky to find this place, it was perfect for us (couple and adult daughter). Having our own balcony overlooking a narrow canal (with boats and a gondola going past) was such a thrill. We were close to the vaporetto stop (right opposite the Peggy Guggenheim!). We loved walking through the streets, which were pretty quiet in early December. Yes, it's in the tourist area, but the supermarket close by made things easy. The apartment was decorated to add to the atmosphere and was small but just right for us. The kitchen was small but worked well, and the bathrooms clean and modern. We were met at the apartment and given a quick run down, which was really welcoming and valued.

Venice you stole my heart

We loved our apartment it was beautiful and the sound of the piano playing in the music academy next door added to the ambience of beautiful Venice . The location was fabulous for sightseeing and every time we walked through our tunnel and came around the corner and saw our magnificent view of Venice.

We needed a pair of gumboots for high tide , as travellers you only have so many pairs of shoes

Great location. Apartment was beautiful and very comfortable and quiet overlooking small canal. Lots of bakeries and restaurants within close walking distance. Easy walking distance to St Mark’s Square and Rialto bridge. Owner was very responsive and pleasant to deal with, as was our contact who met us at the apartment. Would definitely stay here again!

location was excellent, everything was lovely, it was clean and the furnishings and decorations were perfect. it was handy having an extra bathroom. I especially liked the orange hand and shower liquid soap. we had a wonderful stay.

The stairs leading up to the apartment were in a poor condition, quite crumbly in places.

There was no lift. We booked a 2nd floor and we had 7 luggages as a family of 6. Its a struggle to bring all 6 luggages up the stairs.

It was clean and tidy and Mrs Paola was pleasant, accommodating and helpful . The apartment itself was immaculate.

The entrance is terrible and for elderly people as us the two flights of stairs which was uneven was difficult to climb. It would have been nice if the apartment was on the ground floor

A real dream!

The view from the apartment is exactly as in the photos - beautiful view of the water! The apartment itself has an excellent layout and was very comfortable for my family of 5. Having 2 toilets was also a major plus. Bedding and towels were top rate. Ms Paola was also extremely kind and patient with us when our arrival time was delayed due to us getting off at the wrong train station! Mr Davide also gave us excellent instructions on how to get to the apartment and to our car rental location.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and comfortable and is located in a quiet position but very close to the main attractions of Venice. The little balcony above Rio del Santissimo with the view of Canal Grande is a real bonus.
