Amazing apartment, impeccably furnished. Quiet. Easy access to apartment from San Samuele water taxi stop. Everything within easy walking distance to great food, shops, key sites. Very clean.

Beautiful two-bedroom in quiet area not far from San Samuele pier. Comfortable beds. A/C worked well. Nice kitchen. Washer and dryer.

A self check in property with good communication through out. I loved the decor of this apartment. Very traditional, super comfy and spacious for our family. Fully stocked kitchen and ammenities.

A bit on the pricey side. But considering the size and location it was worth it.

Bellisima San Samuele needs a small tune up, but otherwise perfect

This beautiful property with lovely interiors had an elevator which we definitely needed for the luggage. The washing machine and dryer was a plus. It was clean. We felt safe.

The showers were so small, one could hardly move around. Both bathrooms should be designed properly, especially for mid to taller people. Consideration would be removing the bidet and replacing it with a simple hot/cold washlet hose next to the toilet. Then the shower could be made larger, with better fixtures. Better shelving could also be added with low cost to the owner. The shower in the bathroom next to the kitchen had issues. The water was either scalding hot or cold. The Wi-Fi was not working at times. It also did not reach the bedroom next to the kitchen.

Spacious and luxurious!

Spacious and luxurious! The whole space was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The space is designed for adults. We traveled with our adult sons and it was perfect. The area is very quiet and we felt comfortable walking around at night as well. We took the waterbus to arrive which cost 38 euros for the 4 of us. It’s very crowded so if you’re comfortable spending 100 euros instead, I recommend a water taxis. We did that on our departure and it was very quick and pleasant. Highly recommended to start your vacation on the right foot! The apartment is located within a 1 minutes walk to the canal to catch either the waterbus or the water taxis. Water pressure in the shower was amazing! The provide coffee which was very appreciated. Great stay - would stay there again!

For USA travelers, understanding how to use washer/dryer was challenging - maybe some additional instructions would be helpful. Overall, no impact on our stay at all - we loved everything about it!

Coffee machine wasn’t working. When raised, it wasn’t addressed/fixed. Happy to use the one for the stovetop but would have appreciated some communication back on this point.

The location was perfect! We loved spending time in Santo Stephen square - several great cafes and restaurants. Short walk to St. Marks and to the Guggenheim museum. The host was very communicative, easy access from San Samuel waterbus stop. The air conditioning worked great! Nice to come home to a cool apartment after a day of exploring the city.

Excellent option in Venice

The apt is very well located, very spacious, comfortable and well decorated. Everything was perfect all the family reccomends! Close to two waterbus stations and very easy to reach.

A lovely apartment

Very central, very close to restaurants, waterbus stops, main streets and squares. The checkin and checkout were easy and smooth and our host was very helpful. There are fully functional kitchen and laundry rooms available, so it would be great for longer stays as well. Both rooms have full bathrooms. There's an iron and a hairdryer (including a diffuser as info for all the curly people out there like me).

The bedroom with two separate beds is quite small, so keep it in mind. And the main bedroom bed seemed a bit unsteady even though it was used by 1 person only.
