Beautiful apartment in a lovely safe quiet area. Very convenient for St Marks Square etc. The apartment was really clean, warm and had the basics of tea, coffee, condiments etc available. Lovely restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Host was really responsible and Lovely. Highly recommend.

Everything works well: direction to the place was given in photos turn by turn. The code and the key were located easily. The place is very clean, with just enough items for the stay easily: 2 beds made, 4 sets of towels for our family. There was water, snacks and coffee waiting for us. The laundry turned out to be a great help because it rained a lot. There is umbrella at the door. Had three very good nights of sleep.
Nothing to complain. We travelled during the carnival, so the price was high in general. The wifi works but not strong in some spots. Bed was comfy, on the soft side.

Irene was a wonderful host. We were pretty uneducated about the water buses and she was very prompt answering our questions and lining up a water taxi for us when needed.

Wow, this was so great. Beautiful appartement at the walking distance (15 minutes) from the St. Mark Square (or you can use the water bus - the station is 3 minutes walk). The appartment was completely equipped, 100% clean, comfortable, everything was working well and there even was a snack ready to eat.
