Honestly, we had no idea what to expect upon our arrival to Venice. That being said the city and the accommodations far exceeded our expectations. We were greeted upon arrival, and were taken on a tour of the apartment. Wow! The place was amazing! Extremely well kept, with all of the essentials. It will now be our new bar with respect to fit, finish, layout, you name it. Also the two terraces off the kitchen and bedroom added a peaceful element when arriving back after a day of enjoying Venice! Overall , well done !

I feel it is important to give advice to people choosing to read reviews. There was nothing we did not like about this property. I truly checked all the boxes.

Central Location, super safe, the hosts are amazing. We took a water taxi from the airport, which took us directly to the reception area; there was no need to drag your luggage through the cobblestone streets, which the Host organised. The views from the bedroom and living room windows were amazing. The air conditioner made a huge difference in August.

The balcony is a little too small to have two people sitting outside, the door locks on the canal bedroom and bathroom didn't work, and there should be a curtain in the canal bathroom window for privacy. Other than that, it was an amazing apartment.

It is an absolutely beautiful property. The rich history of the building is preserved alog side the most modern amenities for comfort. The location and views are perfect, and the staff could not be more accomodating and friendly.
