Disappointment

Good space and function

We got scam by the hotel boat service. We texting to the hotel for the boat pickup from the parking lot and we went to the port that they told us with the driver already waiting. When we went there load the luggage’s to the boat paid the fee and on the way to the hotel, the driver said we must pay to him because he did not recieve a fee yet. So, we have to paid him again. Then when we arrive at the hotel they said this is not their driver the driver still waiting and we have to paid the third time so we fight until they surrender. This such a bad situation for us as Booking.com royal customer. Hope to see some feedback or compensation from CRM department or We will use AGODA from now on

Of all of the places we stayed traveling through Italy, this was our favorite! The hosts were so kind, and the property was absolutely GORGEOUS. Central to so many things, and truly felt like home away from home. We loved the history of the building, the luxurious showers, soft beds, and welcome wine. Cannot wait to return!

The best stay on our trip!

The Palazzo Morosini is truly your palace in the city. I felt extremely comfortable and well cared for and the team made the experience incredible. The Murano glass experience that’s complimentary was extremely cool and would definitely recommend that visitors schedule in their time in Venice.

Excellent stay - HIGHLY recommend

Our stay at this property was exceptional. Key retrieval was seamless, and the availability of elevators made managing our luggage extremely convenient. The room itself exceeded our expectations — featuring high ceilings, a luxurious rainfall shower, integrated speakers throughout the apartment, beautiful views, and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The kitchenette was well-equipped with all the essentials, and the complimentary bottle of champagne was a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

A perfect retreat in one of the world's most beautiful cities.

The small apartment was exceptional. It was stylish, functional and very clean and had everything we needed. There was a beautiful private garden on the canal just outside the door with soft music playing and plenty of seating along with 2 very friendly resident cats. The entrance to the apartment building was a colonnaded walkway with polished venetian marble flooring. The San Polo area was so convenient for getting to all parts of the city but it was a quiet residential area so it was a place to escape to away from the crowds in other parts of Venice. We will certainly be returning here in the future.

The perfect stay in Venice.

Spacious, spotless, and modern — we truly enjoyed our stay here. The staff at the reception greeted us warmly and showed us to the room, which made check-in smooth and easy. The location is quite convenient, about a 12-minute walk from the train station, and there’s a restaurant right next to the hotel. The room itself feels modern and comfortable. It’s a smart room where you can control the lights with a remote, which we really enjoyed. Overall, a pleasant stay and a great value in Venice — highly recommended.

Modern luxury in the heart of Venice, with stunning canal views and everything just steps away – from restaurants and shops to lively bars. We arrived by water taxi right to the front of the apartment building, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. Highly recommended.

Exceptional accommodation and service

Ideally located - a short walk from the train station and to the Rialto Bridge. We were able to store bags before check in, and also after check-out. Both the accommodation and service were of a very high standard. As well as the communal garden area, our appartment also had its own courtyard area which was ideal for breakfast and evening relaxing. We will definately return to this appartment the next time we are in Venice. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I highly recommend this beautiful accommodation, everything is of a high standard, with everything you need for a very comfortable/enjoyable stay, and friendly helpful hosts. Well appointed kitchen, super comfy bed, wonderful aircon, beautiful furnishings, even a Murano chandelier! Very centrally located, close to everything- easily walkable to all of Venice. It was wonderfully private/quiet, so you could relax in comfort once you return from a day of sightseeing. The palazzo has a gorgeous private garden to relax in, private water taxi gate and there is a very good restaurant next door with tables in the piazza. I will be recommending Palazzo Morosini to my family & friends when they travel, and will stay again when in Venice. Fabulous!

Fantastic location, with a superb outdoor garden facility. Inside was first class, with everything you require. I would rate it as per a five star hotel.

The porter the accommodation organised for us claimed he was given the wrong location and ripped us off for another 20 Euro’s.

We absolutely loved our stay! The aesthetic of the hotel was beautiful and thoughtfully designed, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, and all the essentials we needed were perfectly provided. The staff were very kind and helpful. The highlight, without a doubt, was the stunning canal view—absolutely breathtaking. We could have stayed for hours just soaking it all in.

Very spacious apartment. Perfect for our family. Perfect location. The staff was so helpful with all of our needs . They organized our water taxis and a trip to Murano. We enjoyed the restaurant right next to the apartment!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property. It was perfect.

Beautifully renovated palazzo with tasteful and state of the art facilities, in an ideal location to access all of Venice without being noisy. Staff were super helpful but never intrusive. Uniquely the property had a great garden with plenty of furniture for relaxing or eating, as well as your own private terrace. Beautiful touches such as perfumed toilet paper typify the attention to detail.

The location was perfect for us. Not in the thick of it but close enough to enjoy all of what Venice has to offer. Restaurants, bars and more at your doorstep.

Lovely stay, off the beaten track, but close enough to everything, in a beautiful space.

The location was good. The apartment had everything we needed and the garden outside was lovely. It was fun to have a view of the canals.

The property was wonderful. The activity on the nearby canal could be a little loud sometimes in the morning, and of course sometimes the canal did not smell nice. But overall it was fantastic.

Great location, great staff, very clean and nice apartment.

We stayed at the apartment rabarbaro and the views of the canal and surrounding buildings were wonderful. The location was great, nice bars around, close to rialto bridge but takes about 20 minutes walk to san marco square. This to us was a plus because it was an easy walking distance to all attractions but also somewhat away from the crowds. We are very diligent about hygene and apartment was very clean. Jacopo was kind and helpful.

It is an apartment so there is no regular cleaning/making up the room.
