Very spacious and comfortable flat in the heart of San Polo - easy to walk anywhere in Venice, less crowded and touristy than San Marco (accepting that is a really low bar). Good local amenities - bars, restaurants, grocery store, self-service laundrette not too far away. Easy to contact the hosts. Generally very quiet and peaceful. Rock solid wi-fi. Plenty of storage space, so you don't feel you are living out of your suitcase. Marvellous view from the lounge. Generally well stocked flat - loads of towels, enough complimentary coffee and jam, cotton buds and make-up remover pads (!), loved the shampoo :)
No real problems, but for completeness:
- some slight noise from the nearby bar on one Saturday, but nothing to really complain about (and we were there for ten days and there was no noise the other weekend)
- there could have been more bin bags and dishwasher tablets. But that seems par for the course - if you are really self-catering plan to take some of these with you, wherever you are staying

Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allen was man braucht. Die Lage ist super, in der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurant…. Die Vermieterin die Anreise sehr perfekt organisiert. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

The very best location. The hosts simply could not do enough for you. Their local knowledge saved me so much time with recommendations and organising the taxi boat back to the airport.

הדירה מקסימה, נקייה ומאובזרת מאוד. יש מרחב גדול והכל שפוט נוח. המיקום סה"כ טוב רבע שעה מכיכר סן מרקו וקרוב גם לאתרים אחרים. המארחת מקסימה וזמינה בווטס אפ לכל בקשה.
אין שום דבר לשפר, שישמרו ל הסטנדרט
