La situation en plein centre et pourtant au calme. Le charme de cette maison sur trois étages avec sa terrasse sur le toit. Super bien équipée, très propre et confortable. Tout a été pensé pour rendre le séjour agréable. On y retournera avec plaisir

Pas de petit déjeuner. Un gentil plateau d'accueil, une certaine générosité dans les serviettes et l'équipement de cuisine, manque de poêle et de casserole en rapport avec la taille de l'appartement
Les casseroles et poêles, les fenêtres difficiles a ouvrir et fermer et le confort des lits individuels quant au pouf canapé lit, il est inutilisable.et sale.

Apartment is in good localisation, about 20 minutes from San Marco and very close to vaporetto station.
The apartment was old and dirty. There was a lot of dust everywhere, even in frequently used areas like the stairs and bathroom. Some frequently used items, such as the handrail, were sticky. We found old dirt in the cupboard where the kettle was. It's clear the owner doesn't pay attention to cleanliness. The Wi-Fi password is outdated, the information provided before arrival was incomplete, the clock on the wall doesn't work, and there's no bread knife in the kitchen, making the apartment less comfortable. Instead of a wardrobe, there was a collection of random hangers. The apartment consists of three floors connected by steep stairs. Air conditioning is only available on the first and third floors. On the first floor, near the bedrooms, there's a large, noisy air conditioner that interferes with sleep. On the second floor, where the kitchen and living room are, there's no air conditioning. You can hear all the noise from the street in the apartment.
