Easy access for town centre. Nice clean flat and clear instructions for arrival /depature. Comfortable.

Rug in sitting room a tripping hazard. Fire alarm went off at 0640hrs,triggered by another flat. Ran out of hot water on day 2 in the afternoon. It came back overnight.

Nice fairly new property,quiet,great communication and check in.Free car parking.

Nothing really

Good location close to the train station and town centre. Plenty of parking space too. Modern clean spacious flat with clear lockbox instructions from host prior to arrival and a comfortable bed.

Unfortunately, as others have commented on, we experienced a lack of hot water on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. After initially being told this was a building fault we later learned this was due to the hot water time schedule. It was not previously stated that the hot water would be on a schedule - this is extremely unusual and we would not have booked the flat if we had known about this beforehand. As we were out of the property for the majority of our stay, having no hot water when in the flat impacted our stay significantly, hence the low rating. We hope this is rectified for future guests as the accommodation has good potential.
