Everything was amazing in the hotel, especially the beautiful view on the park. Only down side : the walls were pretty thin and if you had a neighbour that would watch tv at night you could hear everything.

The best part of the stay was definitely the hosts. Our communication with them was constant, and even though we had quite a few issues during our stay, everything was resolved incredibly quickly and professionally every time, it’s honestly a shame most guests don’t meet them because they’re amazing people. The main apartment aswell as the room was very clean, modern, well designed, and that gave the whole place a calm and comfortable feeling. We also really liked the quiet, very safe, and local area, which made it feel more authentic and less touristy. Overall, it was a very pleasant and well maintained place with a great atmosphere.

The main downside was the lack of clarity before arrival, which felt quite unsettling, especially with how many scams exist nowadays. You only receive the exact location and entry details a few hours before check-in on the actual day, so you don’t really know exactly where you’re staying until then. It’s also important to note that this is one large shared apartment with around 5 guest rooms rather than separate units. Because of that, the soundproofing is poor we could hear other guests so clearly that we even figured out what movie they were watching one night 🤣. The shared kitchen is very basic, with only a microwave and cutlery, so don’t expect to cook. There was also no proper bin in our room, just a tiny bathroom one. Public transport was another downside: the buses were extremely unreliable, although Tram 8, about 500m away, turned out to be a much better option once we found it. We also had a few technical issues, including the door lock malfunctioning. We were locked out for about an hour with all our belongings inside and only had our phones, which was stressful. However, the hosts responded immediately, were incredibly sympathetic, came in person to help, and even gave us emergency keys afterwards. The air conditioning was also dripping water, but once again everything was fixed quickly and professionally. Their support really made a huge difference.

Per il check in bisogna fare tutto on-line e iniziano a tartassarti di richieste giorni prima della data prenotata. Le procedure di trasmissione dei documenti sono troppo macchinose, passa la voglia di partire. Le indicazioni per arrivare alla struttura sono precise, ma la porta di ingresso al condominio non riporta alcuna indicazione, viene il dubbio che sia l'ingresso corretto.
