Comfortable bed and good sized room. Excellent location with easy access to the major attractions in Rome. Great value for money. Alex is a great host. Very jolly and friendly and happy to help.

Alex is the loveliest guy you will ever meet. He was so welcoming and gave us lots of advice about our stay in Rome. No one was booked for the day we left so he let us check out late which was so useful .
We didn’t have hot water on the first night, but after messaging Alex in the morning he showed us how to reset the boiler and it was fine from then on.

It was close to the tram and train station and there’s places to get breakfast close by. It had a kitchen and a refrigerator. He also provided coffee and a coffee maker.
Air conditioning wasn’t really cold. Living room area was too warm. It wasn’t sparkling clean. When we were there some other guests arrived really late and woke me up at 5am continuously going from their room to the common areas making a lot of noise.
