Property is very nice and clean with a huge terrace. A 10min walk down the road then you can see the dome of Vatican. Host was very receptive and allowed us to leave our luggage as we arrived early in the morning.

La camera era molto spaziosa e arredata con gusto. Il terrazzo è enorme, anche se purtroppo ha piovuto e non ne abbiamo usufruito. Nell'area comune sono presenti caffè e acqua a disposizione dell'ospite. La signora delle pulizie molto efficiente e simpatica. La posizione a 1 ora a piedi da molte attrazioni turistiche di Roma e vicina al Foro Italico. Parcheggio gratuito sotto la struttura.
Anche se l'arredamento della camera era molto grazioso, nei dettagli si vedeva che era un po' datato. Consiglio di porre più attenzione all'arredamento: la tenda strappata in alcuni punti, la base del letto rovinata, i quadri appesi storti. Sono dettagli che possono rendere perfetta una stanza che è ottima nell'intenzione ma pecca ancora un pò nella realizzazione.

Es hat eine schöne Terrasse, eine gute Verkehrsanbindung, ist ruhig, sauber und hat ein bequemes Bett. Der Betreiber ist zuverlässig und man kann gut mit ihm kommunizieren.
Leider es gab keine Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse
