Cleanliness and location
The main apartment door key did not work, we had to contact staff to let us in on every occasion which was annoying, however Sonia did respond asap on every occasion except one

La struttura è accogliente, pulita, ed è locata in una posizione strategica per gli spostamenti con i mezzi pubblici e per la vita di tutti i giorni adiacente a negozi e ristoranti.

Struttura pulita, bagno ordinato, nulla da dire
Ma purtroppo non ho avuto un piacevole riscontro con l’host. Purtroppo quando sono arrivato c’era stato un blackout nel palazzo. Quindi non c’era la possibilità di usare il condizionatore. Ovviamente sono cose che possono accadere, e ci mancherebbe. Il problema è sorto nel chiedere informazioni all’host al riguardo. Molto infastidita dalla mia chiamata per sapere se avesse novità. Sia su questo sia su un piccolo difettuccio della chiave, asserendo semplicemente che le chiavi funzionassero. Spoiler: per fortuna un ragazzo dello stesso palazzo mi ha mostrato il trucchetto per aprire dato che se avessi continuato a girare normalmente senza fare un certo tipo di pressione non avrei aperto mai la porta.
