clean and quiet room in a god location very close to Metro train and bus - very handy for getting around - walking distance (15 minutes0 to Vatican City

Nothing it was fine - but be beware this is a room - not a hotel. No staff check in is via a key box - but contact with staff was very easy and quick via whatsapp

Check-in was simple and done via WhatsApp, room was quite spacious, easy to find and the host was attentive. The Vatican is walkable from the hotel and it's relatively close to Cipro Metro station. Despite not being in the centre of the tourist areas it was in a lively area of the city with plenty of restaurant options nearby. We liked the small things like the sweets and small cakes in the room. It wasn't the most amazing place we've ever stayed, but we did select the room for affordability over luxury and it met that need so I can't really put any negatives.

The host, Luana, was the greatest host and checked in on me regularly. The communication was key and having her ‘close’ was a big ease. The apartment is a smaller one but it fit my needs perfectly. Everything was very clean and overall service was just an extra plus. I absolut loved the location. It was located in a bussing neighbourhood with great restaurants and bakeries. Furthermore it was extremely close to the metro.

The balcony in one of the rooms has an inner court view but as a big grid has been set up to prevent birds coming in (I assume). It made the balcony feel a bit like a prison. A chair on the balcony would have been nice so I didn’t have to take the one from inside every time I wanted to sit outside.

- being in February, the room was unfortunately cold and the radiator didn’t work even though I tried to turn it on - poor communication with the object (when the cleaning staff took our electric card we had to look for it ourselves) - we were given a wet towel when we asked for a new one - mold in bathroom - cardboard walls
