Vatican Rooms Holiday in Rome

Its was clean and shiny. Confiable and walking 4 min ti the Metro. Restaurants around!! And very good. Our host was the best. He showed ip at almost 2am to check us in because our flight got really delayed

I liked the location, I have been here twice since it's well connected and cheap. The place itself is nice and comfortable. This time though they had forgotten that we were arriving so we ended up waiting for almost 2 hours, but they were kind enough to give us a discount and apologised. I still recommend the place and surely will be back.

The host Eduardo was very nice and helpful and gave advice on the best places to eat. His team was also very fast in responding to our messages and making hotel reservations. Plus, the hotel is close to the metro station and the famous Bonci pizza place.

Unfortunately, our room looked different than the photos online - in real life the room was of poorer quality. Paper thin walls - you can hear everyone’s private conversations and when they sneeze/cough. Black mold above the shower. The hotel acted more like an Airbnb or hostel - not a professional and quality atmosphere. Storage for our baggage was unsafe because its in the community lounge. Plus, I did not like how we were texted on our personal phone to ask when we are checking out - the hotel policy is 10am why couldn’t that be respected? More of a 2-star hotel than 3-star.
