It was very nice, modern, and clean. It is within walking distance of all the main attractions within Rome (The Vatican, The Colloseum, etc.). Marco was an incredible host and very helpful and informative, making our stay even better.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be more satisfied. Marco (the host) was very kind, really helpful, and responsive, making us feel welcome from the very first moment.
The accommodation was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can really tell that great attention has been given to every detail — from the amenities to the small thoughtful touches that made the place feel like home.
The location was also very convenient, close to the metro station. Overall, it exceeded our expectations and we would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Marko’s accommodation was outstanding. Everything was spotlessly clean. The rooms are cleaned daily, and towels are changed every two days.
The location is excellent — a quiet neighborhood, only a 3-minute walk from the Cipro metro station.
Marko is a wonderful host. He responds to messages immediately and, two days before our arrival, he even sent us a detailed guide with recommendations for restaurants, cafés, and tourist attractions.
Breakfast is available at a nearby local bakery and includes a coffee and a croissant of your choice.
I absolutely recommend Ziani Boutique, and I will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Rome.
