The property is wonderful and very well maintained. Its location is excellent, just a few meters from the metro station, which makes getting around Rome extremely easy and convenient. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Piero was an outstanding host—always attentive, kind, and available whenever we needed assistance. He truly cares about his guests and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
Honestly, there was very little to complain about. If I had to mention something, it would only be that our stay was too short. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay here. Pierro is friendly and very considerate. He met us at the door to welcome us and even helped carry our luggage. He also provided fresh fruit and shared great tips on how to explore Rome. The room is new and clean. We highly recommend this bnb to anyone visiting Rome.
Nothing disturbing if you can accept there is other guests sharing the pantry.
