Proximité du Vatican, sécuritaire, propre.
Le processus de check-in a été désagréable. Ce n'est pas clair où sonner, à quel etage aller, à quelle porte cogner. Les instructions (minimales) pour entrer dans l'appartement ont été envoyées après l'heure de check-in, nous avons attendu dans l'escalier une bonne trentaine de minutes lorsque les instructions sont arrivées. Quand nous avons finalement obtenu le code de la boîte à clés, elle était vide. Avons contacté via Bookings la compagnie. La personne de l'entretien est venue nous ouvrir (attente de 10 minutes). La chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée. Attente de 45 minutes. Nous avons donc pu entrer dans la chambre vers 16h45 au lieu de 15h30. Pour des voyageurs épuisés qui n'avaient pas dormi depuis plus de 24h, c'était bien frustrant. Sinon, pour la chambre, c'était bien. Le drain de la douche était partiellement bouché.
