MUSEUM DAY VATICAN

Camas confortáveis, chuveiro quentinho, ar condicionado, perfeito para descansar depois de caminhar muito pela cidade. Boa localização, fácil acesso à táxi e ônibus. Fotos condizem com o que realmente encontramos lá.

Great location, just 3 minutes from the entrance to the Vatican Museums. It is also 5–6 minutes from the Ottaviano metro station, and there is a public transport stop right outside. There are plenty of shops—selling souvenirs, food, and drinks, as well as general retail—along the main street. There is a supermarket directly across the road. It is a tourist area where you feel safe, even at night. The room is on the 6th floor, and there is an elevator. Access is easy. There is a shared kitchen equipped with coffee supplies and dining utensils, as well as a shared refrigerator. The room was very clean, and the mattress was excellent and comfortable. The facilities appear to be relatively new. There were plenty of power outlets, air conditioning, an iron, and a powerful hairdryer. I could stay in this area again, and in this accommodation too.

Communication with the host. Although we were told we would receive check-in instructions within an hour of paying the municipal tax, a full day passed before we got a reply. In the meantime, I tried calling the numbers provided, but one was no longer in service and the other went straight to voicemail! Furthermore, when we arrived at the property at the scheduled time, no one opened the main entrance or answered the phone; we were lucky that another resident let us in... We also stayed for 4 nights; I would have liked them to change our towels at least once.

Everything was fine, no complaints

Zona perfetta, condizioni della struttura perfetta, molto pulita e accogliente
