Staff amazing, my only but it was the matress. Old and way to soft. Breakfast real good, and they are really nice, super close to tge Vatican City

Personnel very nice. However, I did not know I would have to walk up and down stairs with luggage. There was no soap for the shower. Air-conditioning was not very good. The cot provided for the third person in the room was not comfortable.
