Top location, good views, all facilities, including a well stocked private fridge and good AC. Communal kitchen/diner with kettle and cooking facilities. Elevator and set in a pretty courtyard in a calm residential area with some elegant cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Well cleaned daily and landlord very friendly and helpful. Stayed alone but felt very safe. It was quiet and peaceful. Slept well in the comfortable bed. Great coffee machine/home made espresso and latte! :) Grazie, Alessio!

No major drawbacks. There are a few steps to the lift and one steep step into the shower, which may not suit everyone.

Alessio was incredibly kind. We arrived late at night, and he was very accommodating. Even after we checked out, he kindly let me charge my phone at the place. Highly recommended!

The location is very convenient.

The elevator and stairs. The condo is located on the 5th floor. The elevator is very small and can only accommodate 2 people and two full sized suitcases. It is also tempermental. Understand that there is no staff at the location since it is basically a bed and breakfast and the staff is only reached by WhatsAp. Beware of the yogurt in the refrigerator. Although not expired, a container was bad and made my daughter very ill. We missed tours as a result. We feel that a prior guest may have taken a container with them when touring, didn't use it and put it back in the refrigerator. Irrespective, our stay was tarnished by it. The owner did give us a very small compensation to make amends.
