Location very close to transport and Vatican. Friendliness and availabilitty of staff, always ready to help. Room cleaning every day. Best qualitty-price paid.

Communication and location were great!
Bad smell in the whole room, from the bathroom/toilet. Some slight mould on the bathroom ceiling. As there were some weird noises (like a suffering bird) from the inner block where the window was located to, so we did not open the window and the air was really not enjoyable even with the a/c on. As it is like a large apartment divided to 4, you could hear anyone coming back to room like if they opened your door.
