This property is awesome, beautifully decorated, close to everything we wanted to see and do while in Rome. The owner and her staff were so helpful, contactable over whatapp for all support, advice we needed during our stay Travelling as a family across Italy, we decided to stay another night and Amailia was able to accommodate this Apartment had all facilities you need and with complimentary mini bar & snacks was a lovely surprise Will definitely return with my friends x
Nothing to dislike

Before booking, make absolutely sure you select 2 guests if you’re traveling as a couple. The initial price shown is for one guest only. After I had already paid, I had to contact the property to modify my reservation and pay an additional €90 because there were two of us instead of one. The property offers self check-in, and you’ll also need to pay the city tax during the process, which was €12 per person in our case. The air conditioning is positioned directly above the bed. Unfortunately, I ended up with the worst summer cold I’ve had in years because it blew cold air on us all night. The Wi-Fi was another disappointment. It was very slow, although we experienced slow internet in several places during our trip, so it may have been a local network issue. Regardless, it was unreliable enough that I couldn’t attend the work meetings I needed. We checked in at around 9:00 PM and politely asked if a late check-out would be possible. We were told that check-out is at 10:00 AM, and the latest they could offer was 10:30 AM. They did allow us to leave our luggage after check-out, which we appreciated. The room includes a coffee machine with two coffee pods, plus several hot chocolate sachets and tea bags. We stayed for three nights, and our room was never cleaned or serviced. I’m not sure whether housekeeping is only provided on longer stays, but it wasn’t mentioned anywhere. We left the room at 8:00 AM on one day and at 12:30 PM on another, so there was plenty of opportunity if cleaning was included. The room is at street level, so opening the windows isn’t really an option. Anyone walking by can see inside, and the constant noise from motorcycles, cars, and pedestrians makes it difficult to rest. Communication with the staff was excellent. They responded almost immediately on WhatsApp every time we contacted them. Overall, while the hotel is very beautiful, I don’t think it’s worth €100 per night.
