The whole apartment is charming. The 3 individual rooms are very private and Marco did a great job in giving each room their own space. It was private, quiet and located 2 blocks from the train.
I think more specific directions can be given for those coming from FCO.

Well organized, the communication, and the facilities were great. The common kitchen and areas were amazing. The possibility of preparing your own breakfast and simple food was very helpful and easy. I recommend this place, and I would stay here again!
The location was not the best; it is a little farther from the main attractions in Rome, but the metro is across the street. There is a mall with a great grocery store across the street, too. We walked to the Vatican, but if you want to go to the Colosseum or Trastevere is farther. Just keep this in mind.
