Great location and really nice apartment. 9 adults were easily accommodated in the 4 en-suite rooms. Each room had its own privacy but we felt like we were one unit. Communication was great from start to finish and Laura was a pleasure to deal with.

The lift was a bit small and slow but not a big issue - access by stairs was very easy.

The hotel is super well located, just a few minutes away from the metro and the neighbourhood is okay. The building has a lift and it's pretty easy to get to. Affordable price for Rome. Check-in is easy if you have mobile data available.

When I arrived, the room was pretty small and there was no one in the reception (and there never was), all communication was done via Whatsapp. The description of the room said it would have a balcony, but it didn't and the view was pretty grim. The furniture had stains all over and it wasn't very clean overall. The first night I saw a cockroach and later requested a room change, which was granted to me and, after pointing out the lack of balcony, only then I got moved to a room with balcony, which was a much better experience. The walls in both rooms are extremely thin and you can hear everything, but thankfully I had earplugs at hand. The communication was normally fluid, except when changing rooms, the person didn't inform me I had to leave the keys, so I had to come back to the building to leave them. Cleaning staff was really nice and friendly, though.
