Really nice area to be in and directly next to the Vatican! Felt significantly less touristy than other areas which was really nice for us.
The room itself was really lovely, modern and clean. The balcony was really nice and bed super comfortable.
The most important thing to highlight is that the hosts were exceptionally attentive and thoughtful. Everyday they checked in to see how we were doing and even went out of the way to set up decorations and cake on my birthday - even thought I didn’t tell them that it was my birthday during the trip! Honestly this place is a gem in Tome and couldn’t recommend enough!

The Romex is clean and cozy. We can sit on the balcony, enjoy the sunshine and a cup of tea, and truly experience the Roman lifestyle. The staff are warm and helpful, making our stay in Rome incredibly pleasant and heartwarming these past few days

EVERYTHING! The hosts were so polite and welcoming from the very start, I couldn’t ask for better hosts. On WhatsApp they sent us lots of restaurants to eat in and was there to accommodate anything we needed. The room was beautiful and clean with a balcony with a pretty view in a really safe area.
We stayed for valentines weekend and when we come back from our day out, we were surprised with a beautifully decorated room for the occasion (will show picture) it was such a lovely surprise and was so thoughtful of the guests to do that. The interior with the loveliest people hosting, will definitely be returning to the Romex!
There was nothing about the property that we didn’t like.
