Comfy, clean, having access to the kitchen was great and the staff was over the top helpful.

Francesco & his family were very friendly, hospitable & helpful in all ways with whatever we needed. His son Sam provided transportation for us from the airport to the hotel and also helped us out with transportation from the Rome train station to the airport hotel at the end of our month-long trip travelling in all of Italy. They provided a well equipped kitchen to help ourselves with any food, coffee or tea. Definitely would stay there again.
We don't have anything to complain about here. Everything was Fantastico!

Everything from excellent advance communication about checking in to the generosity of breakfast food was a real treat. The bed was super comfortable, the room was quiet and off the street, and access either by walking or bus/taxi to the rest of Rome was easy. Highly recommended.
