Great hotel with good air conditioning in this heat. Easy to check in and check out. Location not too far from trevi fountain and restaurants. Hotel clean and good value for what it is. Overall a fab stay with no issues, thank you.

Did not realise there are blinds on windows until 3rd night. A sign would be useful. Also lamp didn’t work and only one battery in the tv remote, but these are minor inconveniences.

Very cute common spaces, clean rooms and bathroom. My favorite was the automatic blinds controlled by the switch next to the bed. It created a wonderful dark room which made it easy to sleep, the blinds have vents though so you can leave your windows open for fresh air but have the coziness of the dark. The bathroom was very clean and so was the room.

The bed was comfortable, but I would say it is about time to replace the mattress or the frame, I could not tell which one was sagging but it was indeed sagging. I still slept comfortably, just woke up closer than expected to my partner. :-)

The bathroom door didn’t close properly (they fixed it later, but it still wouldn’t fully close). The toilet seat was broken (they fixed it after we told them). The shower water would get clogged and wouldn’t drain properly. The sheets smelled strange. At first it looked clean, but after a couple of minutes being there, you realize it doesn’t actually feel that clean. The host’s attitude was not friendly (I traveled for 15 days through different cities in Italy, and this was the only place where I felt they were unpleasant)
