The location is perfect. We visited all the main attractions on foot with our four-year-old—in July, in 33-degree heat from this location!!! Bus and tram stops are nearby (just a minute or two away); there is a children's playground 100 meters from the apartment, and the café where we had breakfast is right next door! For breakfast you can choose pastries and coffee (cafe latte, espresso, cappucino etc - all fresh and high quality). The apartment is clean, tidy, and fully equipped with everything necessary, plus it offers a beautiful view of the buildings in Trastevere :) You can really soak up the culture of late-night dining—hearing the clinking of dishes and glasses was wonderful for us. The apartment has everything: an iron, a hairdryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and cable TV. Fabio is a truly excellent host! Cleaning lady cleaned the apartment and toillete every day!!! We highly recommend it!

I loved absolutely everything: the friendly staff, the washing machine and refrigerator for my own use, the air conditioning in the room, and the fact that there was nothing unnecessary. I really enjoyed it and highly recommend it. No other hotels even come close to this one.

The location was great, close to restaurants, shops, and breakfast was downstairs, coffee or whatever you want to drink with pastry, coussaints, etc. I like the spacious room with a small kitchen and refrigerator. Cleaned, and the maids were very accommodating.

The door lock on my room was very tricky; Fabio came to fix it that night. It was still tricky; I had to be very careful how to shut the door. Hopefully, this is resolved for the next guest.

The location is excellent and very central; we could walk everywhere. The cleaning lady did a great job, the place was clean. Breakfast was also okay.

I had a terrible experience with the host, Fabio. I was traveling with my wife and 3-year-old child. Disorganization: Before arrival, the host was confused about which apartment/address I had actually booked. Lateness: Despite notifying him 30 minutes prior and sending a live taxi gps update, no one greeted us. We waited outside with our luggage and toddler for 10 minutes. No apology was offered for the delay. Bait and Switch: The apartment shown was not the one we booked. He only admitted the booked room was 'unavailable' after I confronted him. Hostility: He offered a downgrade as an alternative. When we tried to discuss our options, Fabio raised his voice and aggressively pressured us to decide immediately. I had to firmly ask him to stop. This was the worst hosting experience I have ever had. Zero empathy and very unprofessional.
