Terrific location, right on the Piazza San Cosimato, steps away from Sta Maria in Trastevere, Fata Morgana gelato, and many, many bars and restaurants. Good access to mass transit (bus and tram) and taxi stands. Comfortable, clean room.
My window opened right onto the piazza, which remains lively very very late into the night. Do seagulls never sleep? Apparently not! I wanted to keep the window open because the fresh air was pleasant, but around 1:30 I ended up closing the window and turning on the mini-split (air conditioner). That was an effective way to deal with the noise, and I slept much better afterward.

the staff was wonderful and very helpful, there was a great coffee shop just outside the front door. it is open late just in case you need a cold beer, coffee and tea. . there was also an excellent restaurant next door to the coffee shop that was owned by the hotel owners. an open air market was front of the hotel with fresh fruits and vegetables, cheese, flowers, etc!
room was a little small and the neighborhood was lively and may be noisy late at times

Good location, comfortable bed.
Very simple room, the walls are so thin that we heard everything from the other rooms and especially every step from the upper floor. The shits was bit dirty.
