Everything was perfect. I was very happy. Nice room, excelent self check in (out), so near italian night life in Trasterere. Perfect!!!!

The location and the architectural features of the room.
Being in the heart of Trastevere there was loud music heard from the street on Friday night although we haven’t had problems falling asleep as we were tired, so it worked out ok.

Location - located in the heart of Trastevere
The unlock button didn’t work on check-in between, the number they gave to contact for issues wasn’t accepting calls. Sat in the apartment hallway waiting for contact. Finally to be acknowledged and told it was a known issue and that there’s keys in the apartment so you need to manually unlock
